SStep and VStep are the incrmental changes in price as sizes increase. All sizes contain a full step
increase except for: 1/4 is .75 of a step; 7/8 is 1.33 of a step; 1 inch, 1 1/8 and 1 1/4 is 1.25 of a step;
and 1 1/2, 1 3/4 and 2 inch binders are 2 times a step.
